We are proud to offer another way of buying at auctions, Online Bidding. Online bidders will be able to bid in real time from the comfort of their home or office with live audio and video in real time. Online bidders can also chat live to the auction floor if they have any questions.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Hardware

· Pentium II class or newer processor ( > 200Mhz )

· Minimum 64Mb RAM

· Minimum 56Kbps internet connection (fast dialup or better), Broadband connection recommended

· Sound Card and speakers

Software

· Windows 98SE operating system or newer

· Minimum 800x600 screen resolution

· Internet Explorer 4.5 or newer OR Netscape Navigator 4.7 or newer
(Netscape 6, 7 and AOL are NOT supported.)

 

HELP INFORMATION

Q. I didn't get my bidder number and password emailed to me!

A. Are you sure you typed the right email address? If so, contact us with your name and telephone number and we'll send you your bidder number and password. Please do not try to re-register.

Q. I can't see the entire bidding interface. It's too big!

A. The online bidding system is designed for screen resolutions of a minimum 800x600 resolution.

Q. Can I keep track of what I purchased online during the auction?

A. Yes, in the top Menu Bar is a My Purchases link, you can click on it at any time during the auction and it will keep an updated list of what you purchased and the prices. Remember that this list has not been confirmed with us until the auction is completed.

Q. Can I see the complete Sale Day Catalog while I am logged into the auction?

A. Yes, in the top Menu Bar is a Sale Day Catalog link, you can click on it at any time during the auction and the complete Catalog will open up in a new window including photographs. You can keep it open during the auction and minimize it for future reference.

Q. What do I do after the auction if I purchased anything?

A. We will prepare an invoice and fax the invoice to you.
